The journey begins in 1994 with our belief in a couple of revolutionary ideas. We asked ourselves a question:

The Survey That Changed Our Business

We read an astounding survey in a consumer trends magazine which stated that approximately 70% of today's sellers would not go back to the real estate company they had previously worked with because they felt they had received inadequate service and were unhappy with the marketing done by their company. We didn't want this to happen to us, so we knew we had to do something different than the rest of the industry to protect our reputation and build a large clientele of satisfied customers.

So, after studying the problem for some time, we realized that the traditional way of selling real estate left the home seller vulnerable to disappointment. The home seller did not have any control.
